Before we start our service online,we already entered in communication industry more than 10 years. We also have our own real stores and factory in China.We totally can be trusted and authentic enough.

2. How to became your reseller membership ?

Once your per order total amount achieve USD2000, you will be our valued reseller automatically. As our resealer, you can get more discount than customer membership. Once you become to our dealer, you will obtain the discount forever.

3 Do you have minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Most of our products do not have a minimum order quantity (MOQ). The more you order, the lower the per-item price it will be. If certain item has a MOQ, it will be clearly stated in the product detail. You can, however, still purchase samples for evaluation before making your actual big orders. Please feel free to contact for evaluation samples.

4. How many days to delivery the goods to me ?

Since we confirmed your payment, we will ship out the goods in 1-2 business days, and you will recieve the parcel in 3-5 business days.

5. How long do I need to wait for my payment confirmation ?

If you choose paypal, WesternUnion and Money Gram to pay, we will confirm your payment in 24 hours; If you choose bank transfer (Bank Of China or HSBC), it will takes about 3 days to confirm, as long as we recieved the notification, we will confirm your payment as soon as possible.

6. How do I know the shipping cost ?

Register an account on our site, and buy what you need, then, click "checkout" button on the page top, our system will display the accurate discounted shipping cost for you in the third step.

7 Do you offer shipping insurance?

Shipping insurance is included for FedEx/UPS/DHL. Additional insurance can be purchased at request. For larger shipment involving valuable goods, we recommend buying additional shipping insurances. We can purchase the shipping insurance for you or you can buy your own with the order information. cean and air freight have various shipping insurances for various needs. Post office express does not offer default shipping insurance and we recommend buying additional shipping insurance.

Very small order shipped using regular air mail has built-in insurance for up to US$30 and cannot be upgraded at additional cost.

8 Do you charge VAT and other kinds of taxes?

SolutionThere is no import, export and sales & VAT tax for our consumer electronics products shipped from Hong Kong to USA and some other countries. For small quantity sale and sample orders, many countries offer tax free allowance.We will try every legitimate way to help our customers minimize their tax. However, we are not responsible for any tax incurred by your country. If plan to place a large order, you should consult your country's customs department for more tax information

9. What's your warranty terms ?

We provide 30 days warranty for all of our products, for the details, you can check it.

10. Why the paypal surcharge charged me twice ?

When you click the "Confirm Order" button, please be patient, it will redirect to paypal site or generate a invoice for you. If you click it more than one time, our system will recharge your payment surcharge.
